This morning as I'm driving the sh-awd popped up . I parked turned off car, started driving it was fine for about mile and again same light. Any idea. ? I don't think it's fuse or relay are issue because when I restart car it's fine for little bit.

 

How is your battery? A low battery can sometimes generate these warnings.

 

I just had my battery replaced about 2 months

 

The code can be retrieved via scanner. Try checking what code is present.

Maybe its low on fluid.

 

I have a ktuner on car. It shows no dtc. Also i used my altec 509 handheld scanner and no active, or stored dtc.
it boggles the mind.
I have no leaks from rear diff. Tomorrow I will do a drain and fill.

 

on my screen in my car, under messages. it say awd -82. i looked it up in alldata. its awd dtc82. right search coil malfunction. see attach.

 

Got car back. Reading tech notes. He states attempting to initialize system because HDS data list shows not initialized.Differential torque learning fail every time. No updates on awd module at this time. Next step replace rear diff.The dtc is for right search coil. He check resistance on both left and right both at 4 ohms.Any help?He suggest to put pcm in stock. Remove ktuner and try to re learn . But they won't do that since it's aftermarket

 

I replaced the Awd module . Initialized and it's good to go.
damn dealership wanted to replace my rear diff . I paid $50 for a good working module.

 

mine since last week every morning that message has been popping up. After I get to work and turn off and on car it goes away. But when I drive home it doesn’t show up. Did you happen to fix your issue ?

Is it only SHAWD light? Probably all the others light up with it?
i've been getting a similar one and it is pointing to oil pressure sensor for me (vtec solenoid)
after resetting with obd scanner, it's good for a while.
No VTEC available with the lights on.

 

After doing some reading, it seems more likely a wiring issue to the vtec solenoid or the solenoid itself. I would assume the oil pressure sensor would set off the oil light too

 

Well shoot. Almost a year layer. Just got same code . I guess I'll have order new module again. I think the module goes bad due to heat. It's really hot and just died
