2012 TL SH-AWD Advance Mayan Bronze/Umber Finally Home
The journey was a long one but thanks to Derek at Metro Acura we were able to pull it off this morning.. Enjoy the picture as I am the car... More to the story after tinting on Friday...

First impressions, the six speed tranny is leaps and bounds over the old five.. Much more responsive and the shifting so far is super smooth... You could really feel the old five on occasions have a "hard shift" not so far with the six but at this point will give it a little break in time to see how it progresses.. Will keep you all updated...
About every two years but this wil be the three to four year program... Will look at the 5th gen maybe second year cycle...
You need to catch up... HaHa...

We got back to Philly a bit ago. What a blast driving the 2012 one way and then the 2010 back, almost 300 miles each. The differences over such a long haul were noticeable, but for both...hard pressed to find more glued to the road smooth fun than an SH-AWD TL.
Convoy of both a Mayan Bronze TL and a new Bali Blue MDX for another new Acura owner in western PA...awesome 24hr roundtrip.
Now, to find a home for your ex Mayan & Umber 2010 Tech...and another new Mayan & Umber 2012 Tech AWD I will have in tomorrow. Good night all!

I so wished that they had MBM + umber combo in Canada - it's stunning! (we only get MBM + black.... YAWN!)

Thank you all for the kind words... This is why I went out of my way to get this color combo... This combo hopefully will become rare like the discontinued royal blue color on the 2009. Time will tell I guess... If your are looking and can find one I would highly suggest you pull the trigger before they are gone for good...

I finally found a few more shots that I had, both before leaving and our mountain view hotel in Greensburg, PA.
Before leaving Philly, fueling up.
At the hotel in Greensburg. Awesome weather & sun Sunday.
And then the 2010 after we made it to Punxsutawney to visit, and were about to head back to Philly in the afternoon.
Had a lot of comments on the color just in our driving around Sunday. Family loved it "what is this called?"

You get the prize... I did not really think it was that hard to follow if you look at the first post in my thread...
Also if you take a close look at my current and previous rides you will notice the current is the 2012 TL with my avatar picture being one of the shots... Along with the 2010 being shown in the previous section...
