I have a 6MT AWD in Silver Moon ordered and should arrive before the end of the year. If I didn't like silver so much; I would have chosen Bellanova White Pearl. These two colors seem to be the easiest to keep clean while hiding imperfections like swirl marks & rock chips.

Get BWP! It's very sharp.
Silver Moon is good too - it's very classy. However, the white seems to be a bit sharper on this car. That said, since you're in NY, silver would be look cleaner in winter.
Graphite is nice and elegant, but since you have had Grigio before, maybe you would like something more different?
Moreover, with BWP, you can get the ultra nice umber interior too.... :-)

The white (BWP) is an awesome color. As for rock chips... personally I would not choose a color based on how they sow rock chips.. I but a color because I love the wow factor I have myself when I walk up to my car every day. That's what counts! It is about me, after all!

I've got white, and i've got a few chips. It actually hides it pretty good, because the primer is actually white also. Darker colours will show more because once the paint is chipped, you'll either see the white primer, or the metal.

We get BWP with umber in Canada!
Well, I just visited both the US and Canadian Acura websites, and then I realized that for once, we get something in Canada that you do not in the US - yes, we can get BWP + umber in Canada! But not in the US though.... oh well, I guess if you really love this colour combo, you can always get a Canadian TL and then import it to the US

Of cousre my first choice is thw white. But if I was ever to choose a second color it would be the Silver Moon. I think silver cars look great with black accents.

Forged Silver Metallic looks purple. Don't get it.
I opted for Silver moon and love it. IMO, it's the best at hiding scratches and dirt.
I came close to white, but all of my guy friends said white is a chick color. I have to agree.

Silver Moon looks like too whitewashed for me. MB knows how to make a silver color look lustorous.
BWP is beautiful - saw one a few days ago in the showroom and it's gorgeous. My wife doesn't like white cars due to bad childhood memories of roadtrips, so I'm banned from buying one. =)
Graphite looked like a dull gray to me (I don't mean dull in a bad way, just in a descriptive manner), which IMHO is a good comprimise for black. You get some pop from the brightwork but a little less work work to keep clean.
Crystal Black Pearl (CBP) when clean is beautiful with the flecks of blue in it. My current 4G TL is black, which was not my first choice - graphite was my first choice, and I do love it when its clean. When it's dirty, it makes me sad. I do worry about scratches and swirls but at the end of the day, I've never kept a car for more than 5 years.

Silver is one of the most forgiving colors. Plus, we have a cool Social Group for all Silver TL's !!!!

LOL....white is a classy color. I bought white because it is easier to maintain. We all know that black looks the best, but as the car gets used the paint goes south.

I was also undecided for a long time what color to get, I went with white and love it. It has a very bright white tone, not the yellowish offwhite like other white cars have. I kept silver moon as 2nd option since it looks good too.

I had a choice of Silver and Graphite. I chose Graphite for two reasons. One because my previous TL was Silver and two because I always liked Graphite. Not too dark like black and not too light either.
I went with Taupe interior though. I like the light interior color. I would also suggest the Basque Red Pearl, but with Parchment interior. I dont think that color will look best with Black. Just my 0.02.

Oops, sorry, my friend! I didn't mean to rub it in.... hey, just to make you feel better, I have a graphite 2012 TL with black interior. I did want the taupe interior but here in Canada, graphite only comes with black interior!!! Sigh... actually, I think that graphite would look absolutely fantastic with umber interior, but unfortunately, Acura would not allow us to have that in either Canada or the States...........

My choice for the TL is white, but too bad they don't have umber leather with manual tranny...

The first 2012 TL I test drove was a Silver Moon. It looked good but I just didnt feel right... felt like it was unfinished.... but thats just me..... I think Silver is the best color in terms of maintenance. Scratches, dirt and swirls are hard to notice, black being the worse for all of those three. I have had cars of both color. But as I mentioned above, my all time favorite color is Gray...

Do you realize how little advantage we have here in Canada compared to the US...Do I need to bring 5$ a gall for gas, 45% income tax rate, 13% Sales tax .. SNOW....do I need to go on? Let us enjoy our BWP and Umber combo, its the least we can get! Even strippers leave long sleeve underwear cause its too cold here! *LOL*

I really like this color (my old cars were dark blue and silver) for some reason. There are 17 LA area Acura dealers and I could find maybe 12 total of this color. Dare to be different!

I went graphite luster with black interior
The color combo is amazing - the graphite changes color depending on lighting conditions. What I've found is it rarely looks gray. Most of the time there's a lot of blue in the finish, and at night it may as well be black. 35% tint with the black interior makes for a much darker than what it is look, however, keeping the car clean is an issue. It shows spots and dirt just as bad, if not worse, than black vehicles I've owned before. My last car was a very plain gray, and it was very good at hiding dirt. The graphite luster has very little gray. Part of what sold me on it was my first test drive at night, and the car just looked awesome under a light.
I drive quite often at night, and now in summer the bugs are in full force. Its a losing battle, I just haven't had the time to wipe her down every night, and my garage is full while I'm getting a new shed ready so she's been moonlighting in the driveway. After having the car through all seasons, I don't think I would pick the graphite luster again living in IL. The white has really grown on me
