2010 TLs - what kind of deals are to be had..?
My dealer offered me $3k off.. on a TL with Tech. What are some of the best deals gotten on the 2010? With the lease and down payment of $800 - my payment was $608 for 36 months 12,000 miles per year......
What ya think??

I know some people getting as low as $450/month but I don't know what their particulars were. I have never leased so I don't really even know how that whole process works.
Read this thread. I am presuming the most prices will be for 2009 models but it should give you an idea.

That seems like a pretty good deal. I was looking at a 2009 TL Tech the other day, and they claimed the best they could do was 700/mo for 60 months with $1000 down. That is purchasing over leasing, but I'm not sure that is a great deal either. Especially since I know that they need to get rid of the 2009s to make room for the 2010s.

Best lease deal I had on a 2009 TL Tech FWD was $1300 drive off (including 1st month's payment), $530/month for 36 months with 15k/year. I never pulled the trigger.

So if your first payment is $599, then the dealer acquisition fee was $6?

> Money Factor 0.00230

Very nice. What part of the country do you live in? From what I understand, Acura's MF varies depending by region. A MF of .00150 is very attractive.

I leased an '09 TL base AWD in early September for the following:
MF = .00188
Residual (36m/15k per year) = 52%
I put 2500 down + first, fees ($600) for a payment of $499 per month including taxes. Since I live in IL, I also had to pay tax (6.25% for me) on the entire price of the vehicle
After backing out of these numbers, I got the car for approximately $35400.

Sorry - what I ment to say was - was that TRUE that the residual values for the 2010 are higher than the 2009 if you can find one..

Yes, I heard the residual values on the '10 TL's are higher than the '09 vehicles. However, it is my understanding that the $2000 dealer cash on the '09's is not available on the 2010 model year. You probably should have your dealer run a lease payment on both a 2009 and 2010 to compare.

Yes, the residuals are higher on a 2010 compared to a 2009. The residual is what the car's value will be at the end of the lease. A 2010 model will be worth more than a 2009 model after a three year lease because one car will be 3 years old and one will be 4 years old. The residual difference between the two may not by a huge amount, but nevertheless.

hahaha...i got to give them that credit..came in a little past 9...then starting to negotiate (usual stuff)..got the deal by midnight and finished signing with finance 1a...though one thing I noticed, they didn't freakin' fill up the coolant and window cleaner...which I don't really want to drive back there just for those..AutoZone baby!

I am getting 3k off of a 2010 6spd AWD Tech with HPT. I need to move quickly as 6speeds are very hard to come by. Actually surprised they are giving me this price for it. I actually did not want the HPT tires so they are giving me the car at msrp of 43195 minus 2k off which ends up being 3k because it does have HPT.
