It's best to stop by and ask. Make them an offer. The price should be lower since the '12's are out.
KBB shows $39K for a new 2010 SH-AWD with Tech as a fair purchase price. Go to the dealer armed with facts. Print out a KBB sheet so you know the prices of the different models. Knowledge is power!

Yes.... Try to get them down between 30k -32k and you have a good deal. As mentioned, the 2012s have made their appearance, so any 2010s need to be cleared out ... 
Last month I purchased a 2010 Tech with the 18" WP for 34k. That included wheel & tire insurance and the 100,000 mile extended warranty .......

Thanks for the advice, I really don't know what to do I really want the TL but the gas is going to cost so much when it goes up this summer. So I was going to settle for a TSX.

honestly
the TL is pretty good on gas if your not driving it like you are in the latest up and coming fast & the furious movie ...........but i have had the TSX as a loaner and that car is def way WAY better on gas than the TL ...even if you push it to the limit......4cyl not sure about the 6cyl......
That's just a choice you are going to have to sit and think hard about ...what ever you do ..try to get the most for your money .......

Yea I've been thinking about this car for months lol. At first I was going to lease but my friend made a good point at the end of the lease ur left with nothing except to lease again. And y would I trade my car that I own now for a car that I was basically just renting.
