My car is shaking when I go 80MPH or more and I am feeling it from the left side front. About a year ago I felt on a pothole and the left side Suspension got mess up. Also they replace everything could it been the wheel or tire. Can someone tell me please

No one will be able to tell over the internet. Taking it to a mechanic is your best bet. I mean, it’s possible it could be the wheel.
