So i Went and got my timing belt replaced from DCH ACURA IN VERONA NJ and therice was Interesting to say the least 252.39 for a tensioner and 11.80 for a single bolt-washer was Ridiculous

Wow. One more facepalm for the dealers.
Even on the Acura OEM parts site it's only $128

Get it on eBay or Amazon and it's around $20-$30:

The timing belt and water pump prices are highly inflated as well.

I'd pay $11.80 for a bolt if it was a very, very special bolt, but $252.39 seems high for a belt tensioner.
This is why I have an independent mechanic who's a Rural Minnesota Norwegian. They're frugal: it's hard-wired; they can't screw you because they're incapable of not being cheap, even when it's not their money.
