Took some pics of a 2009 Acura TL SH-AWD that got dropped off at our lot:









Overall, the 19" wheels make the car look a lot better than the normal 17"s on the base TL's.

 

I will say that I sure do like that color.....

Looks just like mine!...Nice color! I like my black interior better (hides dirt better). I thought the AWD's were not coming in until November? Maybe I should have waited for the AWD version.......but then again, in my stop-and-go commutes in Chicago, the AWD would've been a waste. Hopefully in a couple years, I could turn in my FWD version for a true Type-S.

looks pretty nice with the 19s and in that color. the grill isn't noticeable. i like it.

 

for purchasing in november, but dealerships are getting test models now.

 

The front still looks too busy but the rims do make it look a little better.

 

I can't wait to get ours - I'm looking forward to the test drives!

 

But not the dust. I have black in my TL. Love it but hate dust. Vacuum weekly.Wife has tan. If I never dusted you would never know I didn't. My next car will not be black interior. Dash okay but the rest can be taupe, umber or whatever

 

Would like to see the 18's since they are all season. Summer tires on a daily driver are a no go in VA. Wish I could buy the 19's but tell them to put on all seasons instead.

 

The red looks great...in any generation.

I saw a silver 09 awd tl in person and much to my surprise, the front grille does not look awkward at all.

The AWD definitely looks nicer than the FF TL.

 

It is a nice car if you don't have to look at from the front or rear.

From the rear of the car, the TL looks big...much bigger than the 3G TL or the 2G RL.

Color is spot on...

 

you know the car actually looks good with the 19s...but godDAMN that fucking grille butt-ugly. I bet RJ would make a nice chunk of extra cash making a replacement grille set.

 

Put a bag over its face. Nice otherwise.

This is a very nice color besides the black pearl. I wonder who will be the first one to lower this TL. It will definitely look better lowered and with a OEM bodykit.

The overall styling of the TL has a lot of potential. Just need a good set of wheels and maybe a slight drop.
