'12 TL Tech package, 75k miles....good price?

totaled my gen3 TL a few months back. been on the search for a '12-'13 model at a reasonable price. a local dealer has one with 75k miles , tech package, clean carfax, asking $19,995. thats the lowest price i can get it for. it has NOT had the airbags replaced yet. is this a pretty good deal or should i do some more shopping? i hate that the recall hasnt been done already

KBB
NADA
CarMax
AutoTrader
eBay
Vehicles For Sale (on Acura Zine)
Craigslist
etc

These are all resources that can/should be use to determine whether a car is worth it or not. Then above and beyond that, what's reasonable to me may not be reasonable to you. What's priced competitively in my area may be ridiculously cheap (or expensive) in yours.

You don't make any mention if it's a SH-AWD or not, or what the actual condition of the car is. I'm going to assume you're looking at an AWD, and since you don't mention where you live I'm going to put you in Wichita, KS.

Using the magic that is the internet, KBB tells me that $19-23k is reasonable for that vehicle.

And if you are located in a bigger city look into the manheim auto auctions. That will give you an idea of what the dealer is looking to really give you, and will be an added bargaining chip.

color combo, maintenance history, number of owners, interior condition, awd?, good tires?, are some ingredients in determining a deal and we really don't know. I'm cheap so I say it's a lot to be approaching 100k depending on how many miles you do in a year. what else can you tell us about the car? post a link to which car it is
