Sorry. Photos posted before message. The cording in front seat bottoms began coming out a few days after delivery. They finally worked completely out. It took several weeks to get factory approval for replacement, several more before delivery, and the dealer called during installation to say that one of the new ones is defective. I have a loaner, but not sure when problem will be resolved. Anyone had a similar issue. Seat contractor not the best for quality.

I had the same issue on the driver seat of my ASpec. They replaced the seat bottom but the new one had rough/damaged leather and the seat made a noise when as switching between different memory options. So now I'm waiting on another seat bottom.

I had the same issue on my A-Spec too. Did the dealer mention anything about what that is and will it affect the functionality of the seats? Just a little hesitant based on the experience above...

The new seat coverings seemed to look and function the same as original ones. Dealer assured us there would be no issues. Unfortunately the new ones have the same wrinkled look that many owners have complained about. My experience is limited since a deer struck the car in Mid November, and it is still in the shop awaiting delivery of backordered small brackets and other attachment hardware required to reassemble the front end. We are very disappointed in Acura’s support for owners of the new model. The supply chain excuse is getting old. They are still producing new cars.

Seat bottom has been replaced again and everything works perfectly.
