Michelin Primacy A/S vs Michelin Primacy Tour A/S vs Pirelli Scorpion AS+ 3

Hi All! Looking for recommendation for new tires for my 2022 Acura mdx sh-awd technology package. Hate the OEM tires. My top priorities are:
1. Comfort (plushy / soft ride) - hate the over the rock / bullock cart ride of Bridgestone alenza
2. Noise
3. Decent handling
4. Wet traction

Have had good experience with Michelin in the past so leaning towards that but cant find Primacy tour anymore (seems discontinued for this size). Are the regular Primacys as good (at a great deal on walmart $190 each) ? Have heard great about the Pirelli's scorpion AS+ 3. Which one of the two (regular primacy vs scorpion) is more comfortable?
