My 2023 MDX-Type S had a weird noise and vibration that was covered under the TSB 23-019 noted on this forum. However, Acura also claimed that my 'throttle cable' was rubbing on 'steering bracket' and they "insulated the bracket" as well, though that does not show up on my dealer paperwork. Just relaying this information if any of you have something similar, which was driving me crazy (modest to hard acceleration from 20mph to 85mph where there was a clear vibrations and grinding type noise felt through the steering wheel and gas pedal. .Car drives like new again at 13k miles...
