Hello! There has been lots of information on adding accessories to lower level trims, such as lights. The HUD and 4-way cameras seem to be a tougher upgrade. But not seeing any discussion about the massage seating.

Anyone know if the massaging seats from the 2023 Advanced type S can be retrofitted onto any 2023 MDX without that package? Beside the seat hardware and harnesses, dash buttons, is there perhapd a software flash/upgrade required? Additional power modules?

And yes, of course "anything can be done with enough money". The question here is are the components possible to purchase and install in something like a Tech package, has anyone done it?

Check the price of those seats and I am very certain you would stop pursuing this idea right away.
Best is to have a salvaged Advance as the donor for the hardware. The infotainment usually contains all the SW needed for additional features, but wires tend to be missing on lower-trim wire harness.
If you think retrofitting HUD is tough, massaging seat is going to be tougher.
