Does any happen to have an electrical diagram of the turn signal circuit available?

Pop off the cover and use a multimeter to test the bulb for voltage while having the rear turn signal on. If you're not getting voltage, then there is a break in the wiring somewhere. Could be in the liftgate wiring molding.

That's normally an edication that the rear bulb is blown.

2022-2024 MDX have full LED rear lights, including the turn signal.

Ah ok, in that case, the fast flash probably isn't due to one of the lights going out. LEDs have such low voltage draws that even if one were to "burn out", that delta wouldn't be enough to trip a relay into fast flash mode
