Yokohama Advan S4 - thoughts & experience?
Hi,
Just replaced my Michelin Pilot Sport A/Ss with Yokohama Advan S4s. From what I gather, this is a relatively new tire. Does anyone have any thoughts or experience on it? It ranked #1 in Tirerack.com's survey of Ultra High Performance All Season Tires, but was curious as to what this forum's experiences with it are like.

I considered those yokos also until I saw the price - $179 on tirerack. I have the Kumho ASX now ($93 on tirerack) and they have 25,000 and I might get to 28,000. They are good for the money (quiet, good handling) but I am looking for longer tread life. Yoko now makes the ventus V4 ES H105 which is sold on Discounttire Direct. Local tire dealers get them and sell them for about $120 installed, balanced, etc. Has anyone tried those yet? They are directional and so far have good reports, but they are about a year old. How about anyone going to H or V rated for longer milage?
