Go with chromium black. That would look really nice with DMM

Thankfully I didn't order these. I called them NLMotoring and they were giving me a possible shipment of mid-Jan, now it is March. :/

May still order these when they actually have it in stock.

I like the style of the 530s and can't wait to see them installed. But I hope your credit cards weren't charged more than a good-faith deposit...kinda defeats the purpose of a pre-ordering discount if you put it on a cc and then carried the interest for an extra three months on wheels you're not using.

nice but isnt there other wheels very similar in look and price range that can be had sooner than March? The concave mesh style seems popular with different manufacturers just curious?

I think the center bore is 64.x .. 73.1 is 350z or G35 coupe

I just saw this thread randomly as I have been planning to buy some new wheels.

I am not familiar with wheel fitmets at all. I am currently at stock height with my 08 type s. I plan to get the H&R sport springs for a slightly lower look this summer.
I do not want to worry about rubbing/rolling/stretching/pulling or any other fitment work.
Please help me to get the wheel and tire specs that will give the best look.

on another note are these wheels really only ~$145 per wheel? that seems really cheap when similiar wheels are alot more.

thanks guys!

18x8.75 +20 with 225/40/18 tires you shouldn't need to roll with these specs if you're only dropped on H&R springs.

Yes, Its really inexpensive... its not up to par in quality as forged wheels but I personally have friends using them (track and daily) without problems. It doesn't mean everyone won't have issues with them, i'm just stating from personal experience

where are you guying them from? Usually the seller can tell you what the center bore on wheels is, and your car is 64.1mm bore I think. Then get rings with outside diameter what ever the wheels are, and the inside diameter with 64.1.

if the wheels come with a hubcenter of 73 then you will need a hubcentric ring to fill in from the 73.x to the 64.x of the TLs

not sure how they do sizing.. just know you need it to help with any possible vibrations... i also dont know if you have to have it but from what I read on threads it is best to have it

the specs look just like the XX 527 .. if that is the case use these two links to help

first is fitment depending on your offset and tires

https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-tires-wheels-suspension-97/fit-discussion-xxr-527-folks-going-agressive-might-fail-hard-814477/

the secon are pictures of folsk with the XXR 527 .. not the same look but you can see how the different sizes and fitment looks

et+20.. has poke.. will.. poke.. and poke real good

as for fender rolling.. I think it comes down to how you are dropped

thanks for the guidance guys...i bought the xxr 530's last night in 18x8.75 +20 all around.
i am super stoked to get them, hopefully i get an email from nlmotoring about when they will be shipping.

i think i have decided to buy my H&R sport springs and have those installed before i decide on tire specs. that way i can have the car the way it will be to get the best look and fit.

i did not speak to nlmotoring about tires but what i gathered so far from people here is that 225/40/18 is a good size tire to run. But most people are lowered 2" or more.

i will not be going that low (only ~1.5" on H&R sport springs) and i also do not want a really stretched tire.

i think i will have the springs installed then decide on tire specs

the +20 clear since they do for the xxr 527 and these look to have the similar lines.. I think the +35 clear as well but I have to go back on the xxr 527 thread and see who did the +35

I'm leaning towards these just because both sellers of Volks and Work wheels I wanted decided to bail on me. Maybe it is a sign that I need to buy cheaper wheels.
