XXR 521 fitment question

so i have bc racing coilovers planning on doing a 2" drop in the front and a 1.5" drop in rear i have a nbp 04 a/t tl (just as background info)

im planning on getting the xxr 521-tried doing some research but couldnt find exactly what i was looking for......so
xxr 521 flat gunmetal
front- 18x8.5 +35
rear- 18x8.5 +25
or xxr 521 flat back with the same wheel specs and offset
225/40/18 tire size i plan on running
pretty much i just want to know if i can get this set up without having to pull/roll fenders and having to get camber kits

lastly any pics with nbp tls with either either of these wheels would be appriciated thanks

Na as long as ur 2" and under dropped u don't really need a camber kit jus as long as u got a good alignment after installin suspension

As long as your toe is set close to 0 then you can get away without a camber kit. But a camber kit will allow you to run more aggressive offsets and such. If your going to run a +25 wheel then why not go with their wider option such as 18x10 +25 in the back and 18x8.5 +25 in the front? Thats the set up i plan on running with the xxr 521 flat gunmetal wheels. Heres a members TL with xxr 521 in 18x10 +25 in back and 18x8.5 +25 up front:

Really with a 10" wide wheel and an aggressive offset like that i wont have to get a camber kit and need to roll or pull fenders, plus i heard running a staggered set up is bad for our drivetrain since were fwd

Ive been out the game for some time now and new to this webpage been looking at these same wheels in all black 18x10 for my 07 type s and ive been told they wont fit due to the offset and would need to run a +15 offset spacer with them and was also told i would need to replace my factory wheel studs with longer studs to to run these wheels due to lack of threads on stud cause of the wheel and spacer .. is this true

base on your wheel of choice design..it kinda looks like a vs-xx maybe run a 18x9.5 all around. my offset on my works are +29 and it clears my fronts but i am adding a 7mm spacer coz when i had it rolled the fucker slightly pulled my fenders. so MAYBE like a 18x9.5 +22 will work.

im not a wheel expert like bforbrian or murph145 im just guessing base on the wheel design.

Well guys I have on my car (3g tl) right now xxr 521 18x10 + 25 all around with 225/40/18 .. Dropped on blackworks coilovers, no camber kits, rears are rolled. Front aren't, they have a slight rub in the front, nothing major just needs a slight roll. If anyone wants pics , I could send them some since my computer just messed up! Or I could email to someone and they could post them up, just trying to help out .. So as for the op, I think those numbers should fit without a problem..

it depends on the spoke design of the wheel

You're thinking the opposite of how it is. A +45 will sit closer to the brakes than a +25. The lower it goes, the better your chances of clearing the brakes and being flush with the fender. Going too low (+5 for example) on our cars will mean the wheels stick out well past the fenders. You have Brembos on the front only. All 04-08 rear brakes are the same, regardless of base or Type-S.
