For those of you who already made the change over to their summer rims and tires.

Any tips? i.e Clay/wax inside of summer rim, brush off break components while the rims are off the car ....

Also, I noticed the back of my summer rims that make contact with my the wheel hub have a bit of rust from the metal on metal contact. Does anyone know if I can but a bit if grease between the rim and the hub?

Wash the wheel really well and clean it up like you said .. then get a bottle of NuFinish liquid and apply 3 layers to both sides of the wheel .. each at least 24 hours +/- apart.

Nufinish is a very good low $$ sealant for wheels etc. Once done keep them washed and stay away from wheel cleaners as they remove not only crap but protection and over use will dull the finish.
