also, he's missing the lugs and center caps... but will sell all 4 wheels for $100. How much should I expect to pay for the lugs and caps? is this a good deal?

I saw that both my car and these wheels are 5 x 114.3 but Idk what the offset is or what an offset is in the first place and if it matters or not :/

16x6.5
WEAK SPECS.

our factory rim is 17x8

anything less than 17x8 and it will look too weak for our car.
try to match the 17x8 or go more aggressive

after 4 seconds of research, i've found that these wheels are 16x6.5 5x114.3 with a +45 offset.

the tires are 205/55/16 (OEM size)

that said, i think these would look ridiculous on your TL since they are (A) 16" wheels, (B) are only 6.5" wide VS 8" wide, and (C) have undersized tires for what your TL needs. would they work? sure, but i would not do it.

do some research and understand what offset means, why it's important to have the right size tire, etc.

I have these on my 2nd Gen TL and they fit fine (should work on 3G base TL), but I would only run these as a winter setup with a 205-60-16 tire maybe.

^no doubt they fit.
the problem is the width of the wheel.
too skinny!

if used for winters, then okay.

thanks, no wonder they were so cheap. I really want the TLS wheels, but can't afford them atm
