Hey guys, I am about to purchase a 2008 type S auto and I have a new set of Stern Beast 19 X 8.5 45 mm offset coming off a 2002 type S and I want to put them on the 08 type S but not sure if it will clear brembo caliper. Help is greatly appreciated. Tires are also Continental DWS all season 235 width.

The car I will be buying is the same color as your. They called it Puter. Almost Charcoal.

You would need spacers to make the wheels flush with the fenders, from 10mm to 15mm would work. Bear in mind you have a ton of affordable alternatives in wheels where you would need no spacers. My car is Anthracite, I imagine in the Type S it is Peuter with some difference. The car you are getting is very nice, put up some pictures once you get it! Hope you enjoy the ride!!

I would love to see these wheels...I think stock Aspec rim offset is +45 anyway, so you should have no issue. I have work wheels and I have +35 up front and +25 rear (with 20MM spacer)...my fenders are rolled and the rims are 19 by 9 with a 235 tire all around and I don't rub (much ). I'm also lowered on TEIN SS almost all the way down.

That's what I have on my 2002 Aegan Blue TL-S tein SS and it was sweet but time for a new ride. Pushing 200,000 mile on my current type S. Going to check out the 2007 Type S on Tueday. My wheels are also hyper black/charcoal o it will go great with the PEWTER. lol.

Only concern is if I don't get spacers will the wheels look too much in and not be flush with the fenders also how much of a gap would stern beast 19X8.5 look? Imma have to rock it like that for a while until I can get me some Tein SS coilovers. First, I think I am going with an Injen cold air intake though. The noise my current car gives off is so addicting and bad ass sounds like a bomb or explosion. Also have comtech axlebacks too,
