I just got a set of 01' Prelude rims with stock tires. I was thinking of putting them on for winter driving, but the stock size tires are 205/50/16s. Do you guys think that the TL can drive with this size?? Thanks!

 

First of all, is the prelude 4 or 5 lug? If it is 4 then forget about it. If it is a 5 lug then you should be fine since the TL stock is 205/60/16. With the prelude's 50, you will just have less sidewall.

BTW, what happened to you getting the CL-S rims? I thought you said you were going to get it from that guy?!

 

01 lude stock wheels are 5 lug, so you're cool..

 

u can swap ours with lude's and have no problem..so i dont see y it wouldnt work the other way around

 

Tires are a bit small. Stock is 205/60/16, you might want to change them to that size or 225/50/16. Post some pics also, I've seen them on Legends, but not on TLs.
