Will My Offset change?

I have wheels (19 X 8) with a +45 offset. I am planning to drop the car using eibach springs. Although I have no idea I how much I should drop it. (I was thinking of dropping it 1 in.) By the way, does the eibach springs last long and work good? So if I drop my car (lets say 1 in.) will this change the offset? Does it mean I have to get spacer? By the way the suspension is stock right now.

Lowering your vehicle does not change the offset.
