Will 2008 TL-s shocks fit on a 2004 Base TL.

I'm about to purchase some used TL-s shocks for my 2004 base TL but i wanted to make sure that they will fit before I buy them. Any help before Sunday is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yes, although the valving is different on the two shocks they will physically bolt on.

thanks excelerate! will there be a difference in ride quality? Will the car ride lower, stiffer, softer? Thanks again.

lower no way, stiffer yes! it will be a nice upgrade over the oem shocks of your 04 TL.
