White on White Need Opinions

Well I have the Privat Netz on now in 19's.. I have recently purchased some 20's HP racing HPR5's they have a chrome lip and the center is black now...purchased them that way so they centers could be painted to color match the car..They should be on the car first of October, I have to get them painted, and currently waiting on tires...

So has anyone done this set up " White on White" what is AZ's opinion on this look??????

I did this with my MDX, but it was black on black...

I think white on white is played out but with the Privats you may be able to pull it off.

I guess its where your located, because the black on black is played out here in ATl, and I've only seen a few benz and rovers with it...other than that its pretty scarce in ATL..

I wouldnt do it. I looked into this a little while ago. It is very hard to find a wheel to pull this off, and basically the car will have to look like it's a rally/race car for it to work. The integra type r was one of the few vehicles that manages to make it work. The red calipers and accents helped.

No maybe yall misunderstood what I am trying to do...I am not going for the rally look. This is a chrome wheel, and the center ( spokes) will be painted to match the car...This will be a more of a "luxury car" look...

I knew this car would surface when I brought this up! lol

I don't think it will look anything like that...I am posting the pic below to give the idea of what it will look like...That TL is nice, minus the wheels IMO

I know its not going to turn into a supercharged range rover wishful thinking...lol..but gives you the idea

Thanks for everyones opinion!

Yeah, the white wheels on that TL are ghetto, but that's the only TL with white wheels. If the wheels are some sort of spoke design with a lip (like the RR), I think it will look good. I was tempted to get my wheels painted WDP, but didn't feel like spending the extra cash...that and brushed aluminum goes with all of the ugly silver trim parts in and around the car.

Thanks for the PS...Thats exactly what I am trying to do..These wheels are a spoke style wheel...so I think it will look good...but I saw DUCATI's car today with the Black wheels in the WDP section of Photo Gallery and that car looks hot too...So I am torn at this point...I might roll on them black for a few then switch it up!
