Whistling/high pitch sound at 40-50mph, changes with braking

I recently noticed a high pitch whistle coming from my TL at around 40-50mph first I thought it was from the wind but then I closed up all the windows and I still heard it. I noticed that it changes slightly when I tap the brakes but its still there when I press back on the gas and accelerate it back. It's a very consistent meaning once it starts it stays on and doesn't change unless I decelerate.

Any ideas on what this might be and how I can narrow it down? brakes, bearings, maybe not sure. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Also noticed that it does not make a sound when I start driving meaning it has to run for about 10min before it starts possibly after heating up the brakes.
