Wheels and Tires

Greetings! I have a 2007 Acura TL Type S and want to replace those stock wheels with something a little nicer. Perhaps in chrome. So far, it has been hell trying to find out if any wheels fit other than Ron Johns. My question is that if I do find a nice wheel, will going to a 19" tire & wheel combo take away gas mileage? What about speed performance like 0-60 or 1/4 mile? Will I need to have my Speedometer recalibrated? I have 235-45-17 and would like to upgrade to a 235-35-19.

Thanks in advance.

Cool

I have a Black '05 TL with 19x8.5 Bazo B52 Chrome Wheels 5x4.5 -245/35R19 Dunlop Direzza DZ101. The RonJon wheels are a little more in price but worth it. Most after market wheels are designed to fit more than one make/model so watch your hole patterns. May find some patterns to be to "loose" and will give you trouble with tire wear. Also weight may be something to look at.

My speedo is only 1 mph over which is in spec. With the 19's, doing 50 mph will read 51 mph on the speedo. Use the link below to determine whats best for you.

BT,

Thanks for your assistance. I will consider the RonJohns.
