I have not, but I have heard that to ensure you get exactly what you need, you call and verify exactly what they are sending you. They seem to criss-cross numbers and sometimes send the wrong stuff, but as long as you get a competent person, the overall experience has been good.

so cTL, its better to make the order in person rather than online? I would tihnk online they know exactly what Im getting. I hope their service has improved. Im getting rims from them.
