Wheel spacers for 08 TL Type-S

08 acura TL Type S looking to put wheels on 18x8.75 +36 offset. I'm pretty sure I will need spacer to clear the brembo brakes. So what I need to know is if I need 5mm or 10mm spacers to clear. And if I need to add longer wheel studs.

Usually 5mm does not require extended wheel studs. There are two types of 10mm spacers out there, one will require extend wheel studs (example brand: H&R), and the other one will not require extend studs however on the wheel side it will need pockets to clear the factory studs (example brand: FIC Wheel Spacer).

If you going to add a wheel spacer more sure you get a quality one and also one that is hub-centric.

You have to tell us the wheel you are planning on buying not just the offset and size.
For example 2 different wheels I had on my S. one brand Miro 19x8.5 +35 the other Drag 19x8.5 +35
one required a 20mm spacer the other a 3mm spacer.

I've got a similar request Im deciding on what size spacers I need for my 04 TL. Right now I'm sitting on 18x8 O.Z. Alleggerita HLT's and I dropped in on Eibach pro kit Lowering springs, but I don't like how sucked in my wheels look. I want that wide body stance, just don't know what size or the best brand to slap on would be.. Any suggestion?
