wheel scraped against the curb
My son drove my 2004 TL into a curb and scraped-up one of the wheels, putting some deep scratches and gouges all around the edge. Is it possible to buff-out the damages with a power buffer and polishing compound? Will the exposed aluminum corrode?

If it is just one wheel and if it is a stock wheel then it MAY or May not be repairable depending on how deep of the scratch. Best solution is to just go on ebay and find one IF thats only 1 wheel. That is your best alternative. Repairing it and buying 1 on ebay is almost about the same price.
