Wheel load rating & some Motegis
I was window shopping for some wheels trying to get some Black Friday deals and something bugged me.
To keep it short, I am curious about OEM wheel's load rating and if it matters when choosing aftermarket wheels.
Motegi's website lists their load rating and I didn't want to take chances with the pieces holding the only control surface of my car connected with the ground.
example : http://www.motegiracing.com/wheel/13685/mr127
http://www.motegiracing.com/wheel/23456/mr131-traklite
Traklite is the perfect offet I want but their low load rating concerns me.

1400# p/wheel no problem=5600# total
The 235/45-17 oem 93 load range tire is 1433#
The total max load weight for the TL is 850# added to the vehicle weight @ 3600#=4450# or 1113# p/ wheel
If one wants to get correct weight for F/R?
2203# F (1102# ea), 1396# R (698# ea) and when max loaded 2724# F (1362# ea), 1726# R (863# ea)

I mean I don't want the wheel to fail before tires do but... 1280 seems alright.
