What STOCK wheels will fit my TL?
I know the stock wheel specs:
235/45R17
5x114.3
ET40
What other makes/models have factory-stock wheels that will fit on my '06 TL? For example, I saw in the other thread that STi wheels fit but I'm looking for 17s.
Alternatively, is there a place to buy cheap stock TL wheels?

^you listed the tire specs.
the stock TL wheels are 17x8 +45 with a lug nut pattern of 5x114.3 with a hub bore of 64.1
so, you need to look for stock wheels that have the same hub bore of 64.1 and the same lug nut pattern of 5x114.3
if you are 6mt or type-s, you will then need to worry about brake clearance
