I'm going to have the axles on my 05TL MT replaced due to some knocking sounds when cold. These are the original axles with 100K on them.
Should I ask for them back or just trash them? I know some places have a core return...so thinking there's some kind of value for genuine Honda parts even if old. I couldn't find any data on prices or value. Thoughts?

Might use them for an anchor, but maybe the mechanic replacing the axles will need them for core exchange. Most will just replace the half shafts with rebuilt units and use theirs for the core exchange.

Only use they might be is if someone wants to take them apart and rebuild them prior to installation, but the price of the individual joints are quite expensive.
