warped 19" Racing Hart C5 evo

Had a bad experiance monday night. Was driving home from the mall... no rain, nice and clear out. I was doing about 90 mph and decided to changs lanes and I ended up hitting a pothole Ouch. Needless to say that one rim I hit in the front now drives a lil wobbly.

If anyone knows where I can get a new 19" Racing Hart evo rim at a good price please let me know. My rim is not that bad but I can feel the diff. how it drives

Why don't you take it to a rim repair shop? It'll cost you about 100.00 depending on how bad the bend is. As long as its not cracked. Better than spending 300-500.00 dollars on buying a whole new one.

I never thought about a rim repair shop... I dont know of any in my area though. Is it really worth it though - what if they f$uck up repairing it and it makes it worse.

I had a repair shop do a 17" rim for me once. (Stock GSX rim) The polished lip came out amazingly beautiful, but because they stripped the clear coat off the rim and repainted, it ended up looking kinda funky. Plus, the paint started to chip and in the sun was noticeably a different color.

If you have it repaired, just don't let them paint anything. And, polished wheels can sometime be more expensive to repair.

Thanks baggsTLS,

I will take that into condiration... im not down w/ the idea of paying 100 bucks for it to be fixed but not look like it should. I might just shell out the $$ for a new one.
