Considering putting Vossens on my nicely aging TL. I definitely want got 19' minimum, 20' if possible without major modifications. Your thoughts and suggestions ladies and gentlemen will be appreciated!!!)

19" for sure. What Vossen wheel in particular?
Is your car lowered?

19 inch CV3s or bust. It needs to be lowered for them to look good, and imho, 20s on a TL look disproportionately huge.
I might add that given that Vossens are cast, heavy as hell and don't really have amazing certifications / manufacturing standards, I would look at some other companies that make similar styles of concave wheels without the ridiculous Vossen price tag. For the 2.5 grand you spend on a set of "legit" CV3s, you could buy pretty much any JDM forged or lightweight cast wheels you could want. I know that given the choice, I'd go with a set of Advans or Works over a set of Vossens ANY day.
Stance wheels, Ikon, Rohana (although the latter is pretty stupidly expensive) all come to mine. Axe wheels also have a similar CV3 style wheel with good fitment at a very reasonable price. Check on endlessrpm.com, Bruce had the Axe wheels in stock last I checked.

No 20's....19's or 18's are perfect. Vessels will update the look of your car, for sure.

I'd had 20" CV3's on my 06 TL for a few years.
About a year ago, small cracks started to form at the outer edge of some of the spokes on the front wheels.
I'd assumed they were just cracks in the finish (dumb). But, one of the cracks kept growing and eventually started leaking air.
I contacted Vossen. They offered to replace all 4 of my wheels, and let me pick from any of the CV series. But, they didn't have any more CV3's (they're changing them up a little bit. Probably due to all the knock-offs.)
They didn't have the first 3 sets of wheels I picked. So, I settled on the CV7's in matte graphite machined.
So long story short, they were really good about warrantying my wheels without putting up a fight. But, I DID have to settle (or wait potentially months for the set I really wanted.)
