There is no such thing as a 'good wheel spec.'
Do you want to go aggressive? How wide do you want the wheels to be? (OEM wheel is 8")
Do you want the rim of the wheel to touch the fender, thereby having to stretch the tires?
How long will you go?
How much tolerance do you have on incline/decline turns, for the possibility of the tire hitting the front fender?
Do you have a big brake kit?
There are a TON of things that go into wheel fitment. You need to specify your needs and interests.

Drifting
aggressive outer limits on a TL are 9-9.5" wide fronts and 10-10.5" wide rears with an offset lower than +30.
Typically when you do this you will need to run stretched tires along with negative camber, rolled/pulled fenders.
If you just want a daily driver with no issues and a slight drop then stick with rims that are around 8-8.5" wide fronts and 9-9.5" wide rears or all rims one width if you want to be able to rotate tires with a +35 to+40 offset you can run normal non stretched tires and most likely not have to roll fenders
When people think of VIP they think of slammed with aggressive rim fitment
