Will need a spacer (not sure how big) or need to go the +15 offset in order to clear the brembos. Either way you will need to roll fenders or stretch tires if you're lowered.

If you're going to lower the car, you're definitely going to need to roll the fenders (I'd do all four). I also wouldn't run wider than a 225/40 or 235/40 tire on there.

+15; +12????!!! You guys think we have 350z's here?
The +25 is the MAX that you want to go... Don't even know where the +12 came from as it's not available on the 2.2.1 model for 18 x 8.5...
