Used OEM axles or brand new GSP?

Used OEM axles or brand new GSP?
I just had an axle break in my 5AT ‘08 TLS so I bought these used axles off eBay with the seller claiming they were OEM from an
Acura TL Type S. Once I got them the part number shows 44333-S0K-C02, which from what I can find online is a Honda Accord axle. The seller claims they came off a TLS and are genuine Acura parts. Said they were low miles, but never said how many.
So I’m wondering, would these be a good fit for my TLS, and is the potentially better performance of OEM worth the risk of using these used ones rather than brand new GSP axles? Any advice appreciated!

Something sketchy may me afoot, lol.
They appear to be OEM because the rubber dynamic damper is present?
In addition, I can't tie the 44333-S0K-C02 part number to a V6 Acura / Honda model; however, if you go by what a similar ebay seller below has on their listing, they may be for an older 00-02 4 cylinder Accord?

Is there another part number on the other axle boot(s)?

Same part number on both, even though they’re driver and passenger side axles.
The seller says “that part number is for rubber seal of cv axle plastic part that might be compatible with each other not the whole cv axle joint”, which doesn’t make sense to me. If that’s just a part number for the boot, then where
on the axle do I find the part number for the whole axle?
It’s odd because the used axles seem to be a match for the brand new GSP ones, just with the dampers that come on the Acura OEM axles.

The only thing I can think of to double check is, perhaps, to get the 'stats' (rockauto) for the GSP axles and check the spline count and compressed lengths to see if they match?
Good Luck.
