Probably this topic came up before but since I'm new here and need some help: I went to Park Ave Acura dealer and asked the service person if its possible to use the Type-S 17" rim on my 2000-3.2 TL and the guy said he wouldnt recommend it. I coulda sworn that I heard someone said they put on those rims without any problem. Can someone confirm this please ?

I have TL-S rims on my '99 along with many other members on this board. I haven't had any problems.

That dealers being a **** and obviously doesn't know what he's talking about. You can put Type-S rims on a reg. TL

It can be done and members have em. Some members even put the CLS wheels on the tl.

Of course it can be done. How can it not? the car is the same except for the front end facelift! hahahaha
