TPMS won't fit into my 18" rims :(
I just purchased a set of 18" wheels and a set of brand new OEM TPMS from Acura.
The hole on the rim is too small for the valve stem thread to go thru.... so i cannot put the top nut on to secure the TPMS in place.
what can i do with the TPMS now?? Please help

iForged makes TPMS adapter brackets.... did your new wheels come with their own valve stems? these adapters just hook over them... I am using them on my 2pc wheels
be SURE to use loc-tite on them, as they have the chance of falling off and bouncing around in the wheel until they break
Or, you could widen the hole....

Iforged adapters are iffy... I'd widen the hole and call it a day, wouldn't hurt there at all, get a big enough drill bit in and out couple times should do the trick

If it's a 1-piece rim, the TPMS should fit no problem. Maybe you have some generic rims?
As mentioned above, the iForged TPMS Adapters work well for 2-piece rims.
Using a drill to widen the valve stem hole could "screw", as it only takes 1-2 spins to make the hole too wide. What'll you do then?

run without the TPMS. if you check your tire daily there is no reason to be dependent on them.
i ran w/o TPMS for almost a year with no problems until i needed to swap tires, then i mounted the factory TPMS on my current wheels.

look how to secure the TPMS sensor on ronjonwheels.com, you can buy the strip they used from home depot or lowes usually.
