TPMS receiver unit question

Hello guys
Few days ago a got a. Tpms system error light while driving, not the air pressure sign,
All 4 sensors are around 2 years old, aftermarket. Never have any issue with anything, i check the sensors today with a tpms scanner and all 4 are working but when you try to reset the system it says no communication with the system, so im thinking that the other possible cause may be the receiver unit. Part# 39350-sep-A02
Located behind the back seat driver side
That part is around $150 online but that being an electric part some places don't accept returns ,So i wanna be sure before i buy the part, that there's no other possible
Cause.
Thanks

My TPMS for tires have been broken for years. I just got a tire pressure meter for few bucks and check my pressure once a month.
