toyo 245/40r17 will they?????

Well, I use 255/40-17 on oem rims. See this post for pics. So, I think the toyo 245/40r17 will easily fit.

A guy did a tire calculation from 1010tires.com and it said it was a 2.41% diff. they say do not exceed 3% So what ever that means!!! I think im gonna buy them!! Thanks alot for the help!!

I forgot to mention something. The wheels will appear somewhat small within the wheel opening (wheelwell). This tire size 245/40) has a much smaller overall diameter that the oem tire. Your speedometer will read 5 mph faster than you are really traveling (speedo shows 65 mph, but in real life you are doing 60 mph). This does not prevent you from installing the tires. Just be aware that your speedometer and odometer will be off. Also, the tires will appear too small in the wheel opening.
Read my post that I linked above ("Why you should get 255/40-17 for your oem rims") My Tens Reasons will apply even more for these 245/40's because they are even smaller diameter than my 255/40's.
BOTTOM LINE - Do I recommend that you get the 245/40's ? No, I recommend that you do *not* get them. The 245/40's are too small in diameter and would likely look strange. My 255/40 are pretty much pushing the limit for appearing awkward
