Torque-sensing steering relay
Could anyone with a service manual look up if there's a relay responsible for the torque-sensing steering and if there's a way to disengage it. Thanks

Probably not. I've checked some other threads dating back to '04 and it seems there's no way around it, though it seems logical to me that something like that should have a dedicated fuse in a fuse panel.
