The reasone Iam asking is because the prices are too good to be true, and I dont want to get screwed over if I do purchase from them

IMO their prices aren't too good to be true. They're selling Tein Basic for 04+ TL for $675 plus shipping. However, I bought my coilover last year for $630 OTD from a local store in Socal. That shop is a Tein authorized dealer. A good number of stores in Socal sell these for $650 OTD.
Some of my friends have bought from them and none had issues with them.
