yeah only experience i have is with my emblems so far so im unable to say much.
here's a couple pics of fully plastidip'd vehicles lol..i guess its more commonly used on cars then i thought.

here's a link for CL (not sure if link will work; if not google club lexus plastidip) and how they are going crazy over plastidip. plastidipping their wheels as well + B pillars + grills + emblems + steering wheel emblem + etc.. some good ideas lol.

In my opinion powdercoating is really the best product and it will hold up the best. I also dont know if I would do them gloss black, Im thinking a satin black would look best.

nothing but you can put $320 towards after market rims except for having to search or work for an extra $320 because you put em towards your stockies.

Too bad you're not around here, the guy that did mine was $320 including him prepping them. I would recommend a little more quote shopping.

I'm gonna be an odd ball here. I say no. Wheels should add some contrast to the car. In the end it's your car to live with and not us. Enjoy your decision.

did some more calling around.

$300 sandblasted and coated in-house. turn around will be 2-3days max. I'm planning it for the week after next.

need to break out the jack stands, itll be funny seeing my car sitting in the garage with no wheels/tires.

Plastic will melt in the oven, so no. Black with a silver logo would be hot.

guess ill just spray paint the caps myself, black and clear.

i think im going to paint my brembos and rear calipers bright silver (black brembo logos up front). so it would make sense to have the logos in the center caps silver as well.

Dam i cant believe my car sat that high stock. Looks like a 4x4. As far as those wheels they look sick IMO. I was thinking of Powdercoating mine the same but adding a red time attack lip around with red lugs til i get enough funds for TEs or CEs
