I am planning to replace tires on my 02 TL after replacing 2 Michelin tires in 2 month. Before I made this decision I called Michelin. Their response was on people in NY have problem with tires.
I am thinking about buying Dunlop SP Sport A2 or Yokohama Avid H4S.

The SP Sport A2s are only H-rated but are very good tires. If you don't mind the rating, these will be a good replacement. The Avid H/V 4s are not so good. A friend of mine had them on his Prelude and found them similar to the Michelins.

BFG has new Traction T/A's that apparently are better than the Yokos and Michelins.
