Tires rubbing fender question

Just cut off the tab that's sticking inward from the bumper in the top well! It's plastic and should cut easily with small saw! If it rubs after that, then think about rolling fender lips. I'd advise not to, but you're choice.

Tires rubbing fender question
How do you roll the fenders and does anyone know a good place in Toronto or Scarborough I can take my car too? Do dealers do this or just body shops?
When I go over big bumps, my wheels rub a piece of the moulding where the bumper meets. I have 215x45x18 tires with a 45 offset on Eibach Pro-kit springs.
Thanks
