Forum member XjoEnX pointed out that my driver's side tire was facing the wrong direction. After looking them over when I got home from work, I've noticed that each pair were facing the opposite direction.

In any case, I was thinking that when it comes to rotation time, I can only rotate front to back on the same side and not cris cross. Is this normal?

 

yes, for directional tires, one can only swap front and back.
