Need some advice. Have a 6 speed standard with Brembo brakes, 2006 TL.
It came with the 18" Enkie A-Spec Gunmetal Rims, which had Michelin Pilot Sport Cup Tires, size 235/40ZR18. I never liked the feel and ride of those tires.
It feels squishy, and the car wanders all over following the contours of the road etc .. You have to hold the steering wheel, or it won't stay going straight ...
it will pull to the left or right depending on the shape of the pavement...
Is it a problem because the Michelins are sport Cup tires / not right for the car or? Does anyone have any suggestions for replacement tires to fit?
I have been suggested to try : Michelin Pilot Super Sport 235/40/18 or Hankook V12 Vevo Ventus.
Any help on this would be wonderful, as I'm really not a expert car guy.
