I have brand new stock tires in my garage for a year now. I want to put them back on my car soon so will i need to get them balance?

It only had like 100 miles on them before i took them off last year.

are they the tires only? if they're balanced on the rims then you should be fine. but if you balanced them, and then took the tires off they're not balanced anymore.

Sorry forgot to mention the rims and tires are still sitting there. So they should be good to go then. does it matter which tires goes which way? I dont remember which tires goes on which wheel well. They are stock 2007 TL rims with Michellin pilot. are the wheel directional?

thanks

It they are directional (doubtful), then there will be an arrow along with the word "rotation" on the sidewall indicating the way they must be mounted.
