After some research, it seems that the Toyo T1-S tires are the lightest in the stock size. Anyone have opinions on the performance?

Toyo T1-S -- 23.8 lbs.
Bridgestone EL42 -- ~25
Bridgestone RE050 -- ~25
Bridgestone SO-3 -- 27

Those weights I found online. I spoke to a rep at Tire Rack and America's Discount Tire. All other tires in the OEM size are 25 lbs and up.

So the T1-Ss are easily a pound less than any other tire. I'm planning on pairing these tires with OZ Superleggeras or another lightweight wheel -- savinf me at least 7-8 pounds per corner.

So, anyone with experiece with the T1-S, your opinions on the performance of the tires is greatly appreciated.
